My name is Melissa Chambers.  I am now 44 years old, mom of 5 kids who has always loved health and fitness.  Before trying this product I was always tired, I couldn’t seem to ever get enough sleep and my kids would definitely agree my mood swings were all over.  I was getting to a point in my life where I needed to figure something out and I just all around wanted to feel better inside and out.

I was introduced to this by someone whom I have been following on a nutrition journey for quite some time.  As I have gotten older, in my late 30’s and early 40’s I  have noticed a tremendous change in my body.  From my mood, weight gain, fatigue and so many more challenges.  I work out on a regular basis but wasn’t seeing any results and was also so tired.  Doing research I found information on cortisol and wondered if this was what was going on with me.  One day I stumbled on the post from my coach on her new “pre-workout” and how it was giving her all day energy.  
I really wanted to try it and see what it was like.  I also found out some of the other great benefits that people were seeing from this product when pairing up with other items from the company.  I said well it’s worth a shot. I have been taking this power of 3 and the Xcelerate for a few months and I have seen alot of improvement over the last 3 months.    I have more energy, and my focus seems to be in check.  The power of 3 has helped keep my digestion regular.  I would say to anyone that hasn’t tried this to do it for at least a month and see what they think.
